So today I went to a book dicussion at the Mechanical Institute Library and it was really fun, but also very scary because I was surrounded by all these really smart people and although I read the stories that we were discussing, it didn't felt like anything was coming up and I didn't say much although I should've. Usually I don't talk much in class and it was no difference there, but in book discussions there tend to be less people and the ideas go around very quickly plus there are no arguements. I talked a bit but not a lot. I hope to be more active on our next meeting though which is in April. I like the next set of stories more than the last set I read because I could relate to them more although I've only read on so far. I just feel like I'll have many more thoughts on the story and besides I should take notes as I read. Then I went shopping a tiny bit because my mom and sisters were downtown and I had to meet them for lunch. Then afterwards I went home to finish more homework and then practiced violin, and then made plans, and then now i'm just waiting for dinner when i should be preparing it. SO that was my day.
